\nStatement of Condemnation from the Joint Force of Armed movements :
\nOur Fellow Sudanese people,
\nWe have recently received horrifying images showing members of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) executing two of our brave soldiers in cold blood, despite their full surrender and disarmament, away from the battlefield. After careful verification, we can confirm that this heinous crime took place during a recent battle.
\nWe, the Joint Armed Struggle Movements Forces, strongly condemn this cowardly and barbaric behavior, which blatantly violates all humanitarian and international laws that govern armed conflicts and protect the rights of prisoners of war. These barbaric actions reflect the moral decay of the RSF and once again demonstrate to the world that they are nothing more than criminals devoid of respect for human values, laws, or customs.
\nThe execution of prisoners of war after their surrender constitutes a war crime and an act of terrorism, warranting immediate accountability for all involved. We call on the international community, humanitarian and human rights organizations, and the International Criminal Court (ICC) to take their responsibility in documenting and monitoring the grave violations committed by the RSF against prisoners of war and innocent civilians in Sudan. Moreover, we demand a full and transparent investigation into the execution of our prisoners, with all perpetrators held accountable for these heinous acts.
\nReports and evidence consistently show that this militia continues to commit such atrocities on a daily basis in every area they occupy, since the beginning of their senseless war against the Sudanese people. Thus, the RSF should be classified as a terrorist organization, responsible for acts of terrorism and extrajudicial killings, with no regard for humanitarian law or the rights of prisoners.
\nOur fellow Citizens,
\nWe reiterate our commitment to upholding the highest humanitarian standards in our treatment of prisoners and urge the RSF to comply with humanitarian law and ethics, respect the rights of prisoners of war, and cease their executions.
\nFinally, these crimes will only strengthen our determination and resolve to continue our struggle until all Sudanese lands are liberated from the grip of this criminal militia, and their brutal practices are brought to an end.
